Finalize details for 2008 - 2009 work.
Finalize partners: designers, developers, copyeditors, etc.
Create two budgets: minimum (low level of further funding) and desired (funding required to implement proposal).
Create donor model for major giving e.g. founding donors or similar.
Go out and secure potential underwriters and begin implementing plan.

Find someone experienced in U.S. to serve as treasurer.
Revamp board voting system. Get away from Yahoo Groups.
Get Salesforce license. Transfer database information to it. Begin using it to track activity.
High resolution / high quality photos of staff, directors et al.

As branding develops, build board of trustees and board of advisors.
Build network of close collaborators to implement 2008 plan.
Get donated office space in Bay Area.
